Ncp151 Platform Usage Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the ncp151 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: January 1, 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
1.Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using the ncp151 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
Continued use of the ncp151 platform after any terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users under 18 years old are strictly prohibited from using or registering on the platform. ncp151 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ncp151 as the platform provider. In case of any conflict between language versions, the Malay version shall prevail.
2.Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
- Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Ncp151 reserves the right to verify user identities at any time.
- Accounts registered using false information may be suspended or terminated immediately.
- Users are fully responsible for keeping their account passwords confidential.
- You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
- If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact ncp151 support immediately.
- Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited.
3.Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
Ncp151 users agree not to use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Fraud, hacking, or attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
- Using automated software, bots, or any non-manual methods to play.
- Opening multiple accounts to gain bonuses or unfair profits.
- Transferring funds between user accounts without platform authorization.
- Collaborating with other players to gain unfair advantage (collusion).
Ncp151 employs monitoring technology to detect suspicious activity. Violations of any rules above may result in account suspension and forfeiture of related balances.
4.Payments, MYR Transactions & Liability Limits
All transactions on the ncp151 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. The bank or eWallet account name must match the registered user name.
Deposits are usually processed within minutes depending on the chosen method. Withdrawal requests will be processed within one to three working days. ncp151 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to current platform policies and may change. All bonuses and promotions are subject to separate wagering requirements.
Ncp151 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, technical issues outside our control, or using information available on the platform.
The platform is provided "as is." ncp151 makes no guarantees that services will always be available, error-free, or meet specific user needs.
5.Account Suspension, Intellectual Property & Terms Amendments
Ncp151 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if terms are violated, suspected fraud is detected, or upon authority request. Users whose accounts are closed for violations may forfeit their remaining balances.
Users wishing to close their accounts voluntarily may contact ncp151 support for processing. Eligible balances will be returned according to standard withdrawal procedures.
All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the ncp151 platform are the exclusive property of ncp151 and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any platform elements without prior written permission.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites. ncp151 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Using third-party links is at your own risk.
Ncp151 may revise, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing terms regularly. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved within the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
